I love reading about sex. I'm thinking of reading Juliette Marquis de Sade, although I haven't gotten around to buying the book. It is a dark novel.. perhaps there are some themes in there which you would be interested in.
In Chapter 2 of my novel Jindy Kelly, the eponymous heroine, suffering amnesia, teaches herself to read again using de Sade's "Justine: the misfortunes of virtue" (Juliette is Justine's older evil sister). The book has such an affect on her she aspired to become a nun and takes the name Sister Justine. https://ianehart.substack.com/p/index-librium-prohibitorum.
